Where do you clean?
Melissa, Texas and homes close by. If you're not sure we reach you, call 469-205-4380 or put your address in the booking form and we'll let you know.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key, lockbox code or door code. Add access instructions in the booking form and we'll keep them private.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, we bring our own supplies and equipment. If you'd like us to use specific products, leave them out and mention it in your booking notes.
How and when do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you book. You pay once your clean is complete, and we confirm accepted payment methods when we confirm your booking. All prices are in US dollars.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Later changes may carry a fee. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean the missed areas at no charge. If we still can't make it right, we'll discuss a partial or full refund.
